Police have arrested and charged Eric Neverson, a 23-year old Conductor of Mesopotamia with the Offence of Indecent Language, Assaulting Police Officer and Resisting Arrest at Little Tokyo, Kingstown about 1:10 pm on 14.01.19.
Neverson allegedly used Indecent Language in a Public place by using Indecent Language (ii) for assaulting a Police Officer “ by chocking him around his neck with his hands” (iii) for resisting the arrest of a Police Officer acting in the due execution of his duty.
