Governor General, His Excellency Sir Frederick Ballantyne will present the Throne Speech on Monday February 22nd, 2016, on the occasion of the first session of the 10th Parliament of the House of Assembly.
The event will take place at the House of Assembly from 4:00pm, and will be presided over by Speaker of the House of Assembly, Jomo Thomas.
Following the Throne Speech, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Dr. Ralph Gonsalves will present his Budget Address.
Debate on the Budget will begin on Tuesday February 23rd.
