Royal Caribbean cruise lines will evacuate Vincentians from the red zone to St Lucia, Antigua, Barbados and Grenada as an imminent eruption of La Soufriere have been declared.
Prime Minister Gonsalves made the announcement at a press conference on Thursday afternoon in Kingstown.
