Cleanup Campaign In Capital City Kingstown Hailed A Success

A cleanup campaign in Capital City Kingstown on Sunday have been hailed a success. The initiative was the brainchild of Consul General Fitz Huggins.

The Group power washed various sidewalks around Kingstown, with the kind assistance of Art Huggins.

Consul General Huggins said the initiative was a launching pad for persons to take national pride seriously, and hope that others will follow through not only in Kingstown but through the country.

He called on Business owners in the nation’s capital to see the initiative as part of being a valuable cooperate partner and to run with the idea.

Huggins expressed  thanks and appreciation for those who made it possible including, Art Huggins, Spencer Huggins, Daddy Tours, Garnes Byron, Sister Andrews,  Michelle Doyle , Hailes Castello, Papoose, SVG Fire services, Sgt Smart, Michelle Mc Intosh, Ju Ju Bee and daughter, Precious McIntosh, and Rondy Luta Mc Intosh

Coreas, Scotia bank, Singer and Flow were among business houses that lend valuable assistance to the effort.

The public works also assisted with the cleanup campaign.
