The routine clinic and other services normally accessed at the Evesham Health Centre have been temporarily relocated with immediate effect until further notice. This is to facilitate construction and retrofitting work at the facility.
The alternative locations at which these services can be accessed are as follows:
• Levi Latham Health Centre/Polyclinic
• Belair Health Centre
• Calder Health Centre
• Stubbs Polyclinic
• Calliaqua Health Centre
