St. Vincent police have issued an urgent public alert regarding an active investigation into a kidnapping and attempted murder.
Authorities are actively searching for two individuals, Carrisa Neverson and Jamal McMaster, wanted for questioning in separate incidents
McMaster is a person of interest in an investigation of both kidnapping and attempted murder, while Carrisa Neverson is being sought in connection to an investigation of kidnapping.
This bulletin stems from an incident reported to have occurred on December 29.
Police say McMaster is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
Law enforcement have strongly advised the public not to approach Carrisa Neverson or Jamal McMaster under any circumstances.
