The 2016-2017 theme is “I, am WE… Volunteering for Impact.”
The theme focuses on the undeniable fact that we all need each other. The 2017 Young Leaders are being challenged to work with their team-mates to demonstrate the virtues of volunteering by way of a project that makes a substantial difference to a group or community – a difference that is lasting.

It is our belief that the Young Leaders will be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate to their peers that through creativity and a charitable spirit, today’s youth can seriously transform the lives of others on an ongoing basis.
