Police in Mesopotamia are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Elroy Peters, 78 years old of Richland Park.
According to preliminary investigations, Peters was discovered at his home hanging from the roof of his house with a rope around his neck, about 3:40:p.m. on the 21.03.2019.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
