Police Launch investigation into Fatal Accident

The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding a motor vehicle collision that occurred on January 12, 2026, at approximately 8:30 a.m., along the Lowmans Bay Public Road, which claimed the life of Stephen Bulze, 58-year-old resident of Barroaullie.

Preliminary reports indicate that a motor vehicle owned by a private electrical company, was traveling towards Lowmans Bay, experienced mechanical issues and crashed into a parked Crane.

Additionally, Six male workers between the ages of 21 and 54 years old were seriously injured as a result and taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital

A post mortem examination is expected to be conducted on the deceased to ascertain the cause of death.

Investigations continue into the matter. 

The RSVGPF extends its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased during this difficult time. We urge all motorists to drive with due care and attention and show courtesy to all road users.
