Minister of Fisheries, Honourable Conroy Huggins will meet with fisherfolk and stakeholders in the Fisheries Sector on Thursday December 11 at 2 pm.
The consultation, which will be held at the Agriculture Input Warehouse, Kingstown Fish Market, is being held to engage the relevant personnel in the sector on matters relating to its development.
A cordial invitation is extended to all involved in the sector to attend this important event.
Earlier this week, the Honourable Minister, along with Senior Officials of the ministry toured a number of fishing facilities on the Windward side of the island.
These included the Owia Fisheries Center, Calliaqua Fisheries Center and the Agriculture Input Warehouse, Kingstown Fish Market.
The Minister will continue his tour of facilities in the upcoming days.
