General Secretary of the ULP Julian Francis says that the party will be seeking a court order to get Flow to reveal records to show who is making calls to the party’s radio station and blocking the phone lines.
Francis said for months one person or a number of persons have been calling the station and deliberately blocking the lines so as to prevent other persons from accessing the station. Francis says that he has been making requests for Flow to intervene.
He said reports have been made to the police but the hindrance still continues and that the station lawyer is now in the process of obtaining a court order, which will make it mandatory for Flow to hand over records to the station, to verify whose number has been causing a blockage of the station’s phone lines.
