On the 11th anniversary of the passing of Commander Hugo Chavez, we remember his heroic work on behalf of the people of Venezuela, Latin America and the Caribbean.
We remember too his struggle for the integration of Our America, for his strong anti imperialist stance, and for a creative socialism of the 21st century.
He was a combatant for peace, for sustainable development, equity and justice for all, especially the poor, the working people, the marginalized and the dispossessed.
Long live the example and ideas of Hugo Chavez!
