On Monday, June 26, 2023, while on foot patrol in Paul’s Avenue, Officers from the Rapid Response Unit arrested and charged Michael Lyscott, a 19-year-old Labourer from Old Montrose, with possession of .4 grammes of cocaine.
The illegal narcotic was discovered on the accused during a body search.
Lyscott appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, and pleaded not guilty. He was remanded in custody until his trial on August 7, 2023.
