St. Vincent Student Victories in 2025 FCCA Competition

The Ministry of Tourism in St. Vincent recently celebrated the success of three local students who excelled in the 2025 FCCA regional competitions.

The talented student winners are Jennaya Bonadie, Lendre Pemberton, and Malachi Simmons.

The schools they represent—St. Vincent Girls’ High School (home to Senior Essay winner Jennaya Bonadie), St. Vincent Grammar School (represented by Junior Essay winner Lendre Pemberton), and the Bequia Anglican Primary School (cheering on Junior Poster winner Malachi Simmons)—each receive a significant monetary award of US$1,000.

These talented youths secured third-place rankings in both essay writing and poster design categories by addressing themes related to tourism experiences and marine conservation.

As a reward for their academic and creative efforts, each winner will receive a touchscreen device, while their respective schools will be granted $1,000 USD to bolster educational initiatives.

The official prize ceremony is scheduled to take place during the Seatrade Cruise Global event in April 2026.
