Police arrested and charged Skyley Junior Bailey, 14 years Student of Belmont for possession of controlled drugs, on Monday 17th April, 2018 at 10:25 p.m.
According to investigations, Bailey had in his possession a controlled drug to wit “One hundred and seventy-four (174) grammes of cannabis” with intent to supply to another at Richmond Hill, on Monday 16th April, 2018 at 4:05 p.m.
Bailey was expected to appear before the Serious Offences Court, on Tuesday 17th April, 2018 to answer the charge.
