Police have arrested and charged Raoul Lewis, an 18-year-old Labourer of Clare Valley with Aggravated Burglary and Rape on 26.05.19.
Lewis allegedly entered the dwelling house of a female resident of Clare Valley and assaulted her.
The accused also allegedly had sexual intercourse with the woman who at the time of the intercourse did not consent to it.
The incident occurred at Clare Valley between 27.04.19 and 28.04.19.
Lewis is expected to appear before the Family Court’s Magistrate to answer the charge.
