19 year old Layou resident charged with six counts of theft

(Police Report) – On 09.07.2021, Police arrested and charged Adroy McDowall, 19-year-old labourer of Layou with six (6) counts of theft.

According to investigations, the Accused man allegedly on six (6) separate occasions between 17.03.2021 and 23.06.2021 stole the sum of $3,300.00ECC, the property of a 54-year-old farmer of Layou.

The Accused will appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.

Meanwhile

On 11.07.2021, Police arrested and charged Shorn Bynoe, 31-year-old labourer of Lowmans Hill with the offence of Aggregative Burglary and Assault Bodily Harm.

According to investigations, the Accused man allegedly entered the dwelling house of a 29-year-old Domestic of the same address as a trespasser with an offensive weapon “a knife”. Bynoe was also charged for scrapping the V/C on the right finger with a knife. The incident occurred at Lowmans Hill on 10.07.2021.

The Accused will appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
