Freedom in the World score of 1 means Most Free, while 7 mean Least Free.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines received an Aggregate Score of 90 out of 100, with 0=Least Free and 100=Most Free.
Other Caribbean countries included in the report are Antigua and Barbuda with an Aggregate Score of 83, Barbados (96), Dominica (93), Grenada (88), Guyana (74), St. Lucia (91) Jamaica (77) and Trinidad and Tobago (81).
