On 22 of October, 2021, as part of the celebration of the 110th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Ambassdor Peter Lan of the Embassy of ROC (Taiwan) was honoured to invite the Hon. Minister Keisal Peters, Minister of State with Responsibility for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, and Ms. Michelle Forbes, Director of National Emergency Management Organisation, on behalf of the Vincentian government to receive the Embassy’s appreciation tokens to Volcano Rehabilitation Workers of the La Soufriere eruption.
The tailor-made canvas bag and the unique Taiwanese snack are all made in Taiwan, commemorating the long-lasting friendship between Taiwan and SVG on this special occasion.
While we celebreate our National Day, the Embassy wishes to convey its gratitude and admiration to Volcano Rehabilitation Workers in the fields of shelter management, education , police, foreign affairs, emergency management, public health, et cetera.
