Police arrested and charged Kennard Bowens. 23 years old unemployed of Lowman’s Hill with the offence of Rape.
The complainant reported that at the time of intercourse she did not consent to it and at the time Bowens knew that she did not consent to the intercourse and was reckless as to whether she consented or not.
The incident occurred on the 1st June 2018.
