Police in St Vincent have arrested and charged a 23 year old man with the offence of Abduction and Indecent Assault.
According to investigations, (i) the man allegedly forcibly abducted a 10-year old Student, compelling her to move to a dwelling house where she did not reside.
(ii) The accused allegedly indecently assaulted the child. The incident occurred on the 11th December 2018 about 11:00 am.
