Police Report Issued
Police have arrested and charged, 24-year-old Warehouse Keeper of Lowman’s Windward/Canouan with the offence of Aggravated Burglary and Rape on 01.07.19.
The accused allegedly entered the dwelling house of a resident of Canouan and at the time had with him a knife and for having Sexual Intercourse with the virtual complainant and at the time of the intercourse he knew she did not consent to the intercourse and was reckless as to whether she consented or not, the incident occurred on 01.07.19.
The accused is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charges.
