Police have arrested and charged John Arthur, 40-year-old Labourer of Lowmans Windward/Union Island with wounding a 40-year-old Labourer on 02.06.2020.
According to investigations, the accused man allegedly stabbed the virtual complainant on the neck with an unknown object. The incident occurred at Lowmans Windward on 30.05.2020.
Arthur is expected to appear before the Magistrates Court to answer the charge.
