Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in Clare Valley about 6:30pm on Thursday 13th December 2018.
According to preliminary investigations, Larcher Omar D, a 40-year old Jamaican born resident residing in St Vincent, was approached by an unknown assailant and shot in his abdomen.
The victim was later rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital and underwent emergency surgery.
He is reported to be in stable condition.
The Police are soliciting the assistance of members of the public who may have information that aid in this investigation.
