Rape charges have been brought against a 42-year-old male teacher.
The teacher was taken to the family court and charged with raping and indecently assaulting a female of the same school where he teaches.
Rape charges stem from an encounter with the 15-year-old on November 3rd, 2016.
5 counts of indecent assault were laid against the teacher in the same matter of the 15-year-old student.
The charges of indecent assault stem from dates between October 1st to November 2nd, 2016.
The accused teacher was granted bail in the sum of $8000.00 with one surety. The matter has been adjourned to January 2nd, 2017
