Senator Julian Francis says two individuals and two entities will be served with letters following a statement made by Kenson King on Nice Radio last Wednesday night.
St Vincent Times reported the statement prefacing it as alleged or allegation.
Francis on Tuesday night said he spoke to his lawyers and persons/entities will be served in the near future.
The individuals and the entities include Nice Radio, Kenson King, Margaret London and the St Vincent Times.
