PM Ralph Gonsalves to attend UN General Assembly 77th session

Prime Minister, Dr Hon Ralph Gonsalves left the state yesterday Sunday, September 18th 2022 to attend the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, USA.

This year’s session that will witness world leaders travel to New York to address the General Assembly is being held under the theme, “A watershed moment: transformative solutions to interlocking challenges.”

During this week, Dr Gonsalves will be involved in a number of bilateral engagements with representatives from other countries as well as the United Nations and other officials. He is expected to address the General Assembly on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ delegation that is headed by Prime Minister Gonsalves includes Mrs Eloise Gonsalves, Spouse of the Prime Minister, Hon. Keisal Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, and Station Seargent Godwin Charles, Security Officer.
