Decon Glasgow from South Rivers will face the judge and jury at the next Practical Sitting of the Criminal Session on a charge of causing the death of O’Jarvie Hooper of the same address on December 26th, 2016 at South Rivers.
Glasgow is accused of inflicting gunshot wounds to the body of Hooper on the date in question which resulted in his death.
Glasgow was ordered to stand trial by Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne on Thursday, May 4th, at the conclusion of a Preliminary Inquiry which looked into the circumstances that caused Hooper’s death.
