Some 20 inmates housed in the two Correctional Facilities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, will be baptised in two separate services.
The first of 6 prisoners will take their Baptism this weekend Sunday, May 28th, while 14 others will do so on Sunday, June 4th at Her Majesty’s Prisons.
Brenton Charles, Acting Superintendent of Prisons, told national radio NBC, the Baptism Service comes following the decision by some Inmates who decided to follow Christ during Easter.
Baptism Services are usually held at beaches, but, Charles said this would not be done for the prisoners.
