The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will on Friday, June 2nd, welcome participants of cohort 4 onto the Supportive Education Training (SET) Programme.
140 participants will be accepted into cohort 4 of the programme which commences in early June.
Participants in Cohort 3 of the SET programme will also be recognised for their outstanding work at an Awards ceremony at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown on Friday, June 2nd.
The programme which is into its fourth year is funded by Petro Caribe and has catered to over 600 participants thus far.
The primary purpose of the programme is to create opportunities for young people by giving them on the job experience.
Prime Minister, Dr. The Hon. Ralph Gonsalves is expected to deliver the Feature Address at the Ceremony which commences at 10:00 am.
