The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Brian Myers, 35yrs, a chauffeur of Twenty Hill which occurred at Twenty Hill on 26.06.17 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:25 am.
Reports are that the deceased was shot and killed on the spot while attempting to go to his vehicle.
A post-mortem examination is expected to perform on the body to ascertain the cause of death. This brings the total to fourteen (14) homicides for the year.
On 25th June at around At 2:04 am, Kingsley Bascombe a 43yrs Farmer of Carriere received multiple gunshots to his right hand, stomach and right foot.
Kingsley who was returning from Kingstown, was on his way home when the incident occurred. Bascombe was transferred to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
