The UWI Global Campus St. Vincent & the Grenadines is celebrating Black History Month with a lecture presented by Dr. Henderson Carter.
Dr. Carter is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Philosophy and History at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados.
Carter will speak on the topic, “Elevating Black History for Nation Building and Development.”
The lecture will take place on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025, at 6PM.
Black History Month in 2025 was celebrated from February 1 to 28. The theme for 2025 was “African Americans and Labour.”
