Kiara Baptiste and Reanna Jackson have received scholarships from the Friends Of Sion Hill Incorporated.
Baptiste and Jackson were successful at the 2017 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment (CPEA), and are the first recipient holders from the organisation.
According to the FOSH, the scholarships are designed to assist students who are residents of Sion Hill who were successful at the CPEA, and most significantly for students who parents may have difficulty in meeting their educational needs.
Both students will each receive Eight Hundred Dollars per annum. Friends of Sion Hill (USA) was launched in New York, 2014, The local chapter is headed by Clyde Fitzpatrick.
