The festival will feature a display of local herbs, used for teas and medicinal purposes, accompanied by informative posters detailing their benefits.
In conjunction with the festival, NPLADS will conduct a lecture on the uses and benefits of herbs. This lecture will be facilitated by Ms. Mia Currency of Herbal Help and Wellness. The lecture will offer practical insights into natural wellness.
While on tour the festival, an array of local delicacies can be purchased – plum stew, fudge, coconut cake, madungo dumpling, codfish, blackfish, callaloo soup, bakes and dough boy, alongside a variety of tea sampling.
The family-friendly event celebrates the flavors, traditions and wellness secrets of St. Vincent an the Grenadines (SVG), offering attendees an immersive experience into the benefits and delight of local herbs and teas.
