St Vincent and the Grenadines Consul General to Canada Fitz Huggins continues to make his contribution to nation building.
Huggins in a Facebook post says he “never misses an opportunity to make SVG better”.
Huggins along with his brother Spencer Huggins was able to procure three heavy duty machines that will be sent to SVG to support Technical Vocational programs.
The machines are valued at $10,000 CAD or EC $ 21,823. Counsel General Huggins noted that the machines are ideal for heavy duty manufacturing such as leather and canvas.
Huggins has in the past work with the Fire Department, the Ministry of Health and on a number of other initiatives. The machinery would be shipped along with a set of wheel chairs this week from Canada.
