On June 16, 2026, police arrested and charged Kevin Strough, a 17-year-old resident of Arnos Vale, with the offence of theft.
According to investigations, the accused stole one (1) black and silver Suzuki remote key valued at $1,200.00 ECC and one (1) black Suzuki remote key valued at $800.00 ECC, with a total value of $2,000.00 ECC, the property of a 63-year-old mechanic of Villa.
The offence was committed in Villa on February 22, 2026.
Strough appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on June 17, 2026, where he pleaded not guilty to the offence. He was granted bail in the sum of $1,500.00 ECC with one surety and was ordered not to have any contact with the complainant.
He was also ordered to report to the Central Police Station every Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The matter was adjourned and transferred to the Calliaqua Magistrate Court for June 30, 2026.
