While Jamaica’s leadership does not seek to overturn the appointment, Prime Minister Andrew Holness expressed concern that the procedural controversy has fractured unity within the Caribbean community.
Experts view this shift toward formal legal channels as a more mature and diplomatic strategy for resolving internal friction.
