The NTRC has donated EC$8,900 worth of assistive technology and ICT equipment to three institutions. The School for Children with Special Needs in Kingstown received two noise-cancelling headphones, while the Thomson Home received a Lenovo desktop computer and projector.

The National Society of Persons with Disabilities SVG also received a Lenovo desktop computer.

The donations form part of the NTRC’s DRIVE Project, funded through the Universal Service Fund, which promotes digital inclusion by providing technology to persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.

The NTRC remains committed to ensuring everyone has access to the tools needed to participate in today’s digital society.
