On August 24, 2026, police arrested and charged Jethro John, a 43-year-old chauffeur of La Croix, with the offence of theft.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly stole five (5) aluminum windows valued at $5,000.00 ECC, the property of a 46-year-old resident of South Union.
The offence was committed between April 1, 2026, and June 18, 2026, in South Union. John was granted station bail in the sum of $1,500.00 ECC with one surety.
He is expected to appear before the Biabou Magistrate Court on August 26, 2026, to answer the charge.
