19-yro Questelles student charged with wounding

STUDENT CHARGED WITH WOUNDING

On September 3, 2026, police arrested and charged Nigel Jack, a 19-year-old Student of Questelles, with the offence of wounding.

According to investigations, the accused allegedly unlawfully and maliciously wounded an 18-year-old Sales Agent of Clare Valley by beating him about the body with his hand and striking him about the body with glass bottles.

The offence was committed at Stoney Ground, Kingstown. Jack appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on September 4, 2026, where he pleaded not guilty to the offence.

He was granted bail in the sum of $3,500.00 ECC with one surety. He was ordered not to have any contact with the virtual complainant.

As part of his bail conditions, Jack was ordered to report to the Questelles Police Station every Monday between 6am and 6pm. He was also ordered to surrender all travel documents, and stop notices were placed at all ports of entry and exit. The matter was adjourned to December 8, 2026.
