ROSE HALL POLICE STATION TAKES COMMUNITY POLICING TO THE PEOPLE
The Rose Hall Police Station continues to maintain an active presence within the communities it serves.
During its latest outreach, PC 1140 Hooper is pictured engaging with residents and visiting the Troumaca Government School and the Troumaca Ontario Secondary School where he interacted with students and staff. His involvement formed part of the station’s collective effort to remain visible, accessible and informed about the people and communities under its care.
A station that maintains regular contact with residents is better positioned to receive information, understand concerns and work with the community before problems develop further.
The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force recognises PC Hooper’s contribution and commends the leadership and entire team at the Rose Hall Police Station for organising and supporting this engagement.
The photographs may capture one officer carrying out the work, but effective community policing depends on the commitment of the entire station and the cooperation of the people it serves.
