Less than three weeks after globally launching IntellicoERP from its Trinidad and Tobago base, Intellico AI Agency Limited is preparing to deepen the platform’s presence across the Caribbean through regional partnerships. The AI-native enterprise platform is designed to coordinate work, identify what needs attention and complete approved tasks.
The hybrid launch took place on 26 August 2026 at the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Business leaders and technology professionals attended in person, while participants from other countries joined online and considered how the technology could be applied within their markets and industries.
Through detailed demonstrations, attendees saw how IntellicoERP can connect information across departments, initiate workflows, flag matters requiring attention and complete defined tasks within an organisation’s policies, permissions and approval limits.
Presentations by Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Gregory Fernandez and Head of Partner Success Zephrine Millard placed these capabilities in a practical business context. Questions from the in-person and online audiences addressed procurement, data security, human oversight and industry-specific customisation.
Responding to those concerns, Intellico officials said each client operates within a dedicated technology environment, with configurable controls determining what AI agents may access, recommend, approve or execute. Financial activity requires human approval.
More than 150 specialised AI agents support functions including finance, human resources, customer relationship management, marketing, legal services, projects and operations. The platform also brings together commonly used tools for accounting, email, messaging, document preparation, project management and help-desk support within one system.
For Caribbean organisations operating across islands, territories and business units, the platform’s multi-company, multilingual and multi-currency capabilities are designed to support work across different markets without separating core information and processes.
“AI should not sit outside the business. It should work within it,” said Tracy Fernandez, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. “Instead of employees constantly working for the system, the system begins working alongside them.”
Gregory Fernandez positioned the launch as evidence that globally competitive technology can be developed in the Caribbean and used internationally. “The proper use of AI can help flatten the world and make opportunities available to small nations that they could not achieve previously,” he said. “We are building this here in the Caribbean, not only for our region, but for the world.”
Intellico is developing partnerships across the Caribbean and has confirmed plans to establish a presence in Jamaica. It is also working with domain experts on a planned construction-sector beta test in Grenada. Beyond the region, the company has staff working from Latin America, is establishing operations in Ghana ahead of entry into the wider African market and has identified Southeast Asia as a future market.
The value of the company’s AI-first approach was recognised by Ebony DeLeon, Chief Executive Officer of Data Aura Analytics, who experienced a demonstration of the platform before the launch.
“It was very impressive,” DeLeon said. “It is an AI-first approach, rather than one where AI is layered on top of existing solutions. I loved its seamlessness, responsiveness and efficiency, and I am very excited about what has been built.”
