Warm and mostly fair weather will continue across St. Vincent and the Grenadines through early this week under a dominant ridge pattern, before stronger winds and an increased chance of rain arrive by Wednesday.
According to the 72-hour weather outlook issued at noon on Sunday, September 20, 2026, by Meteorological Forecaster Gregory Cato of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Meteorological Services, the islands will enjoy generally favorable conditions over the next 48 hours.
For Monday, September 21, and Tuesday, September 22, residents can expect warm temperatures and fair to partly cloudy skies, interrupted only by brief, occasional isolated showers. Light to moderate southeasterly trade winds traveling at speeds between 10 km/h and 25 km/h will cross the islands during this period.
Weather conditions are expected to shift on Wednesday, September 23, as an unstable atmospheric environment gains support from a favorable upper-level system.
This development will increase the likelihood of showers across the nation. Winds will shift to an east-northeasterly to east-southeasterly pattern and strengthen to around 35 km/h, bringing occasionally cloudy and breezy conditions.
