The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs is pleased to announce the 2026 United Nations Young Professionals Programme (YPP), an initiative for talented and highly qualified young professionals interested in pursuing a career as an international civil servant with the United Nations Secretariat.
The United Nations Office of Human Resources will host a virtual outreach workshop on Thursday, 8 October 2026, 18:00 to 19:00 (UTC-4).
This workshop is primarily targeted for eligible young professionals who are nationals of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Grenada, Paraguay, Saint Lucia, and the United States of America.
The workshop will provide prospective applicants with an introduction to the Programme, including an overview of the eligibility requirements and application process, as well as practical guidance to assist candidates in preparing a competitive application.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs encourages Vincentians who meet the eligibility requirements and are interested in pursuing a career within the United Nations to take advantage of this opportunity by participating in the virtual outreach workshop.
