MCMH, LLHC outpatient services cancelled

Persistent heavy rainfall and flooding triggered by an active tropical wave have impacted health services and prompted safety advisories across St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Ministry of Health Wellness, Environmental Health and Energy wishes to advise that due to heavy rainfall and flooding, outpatient clinics at Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) and Levi Latham Health Centre (LLHC) have been cancelled for today, October 6, 2026.

The public is also advised that restricted visitation is currently in effect at the Male Medical Ward and Pediatrics Ward MCMH.

Pregnant women in labor seeking care at the MCMH should go to the Maternity B Ward.
