Salvation Army Aims For $110 Thousand In Kettle Appeal

110 Thousand dollars is the amount the SVG Salvation Army is hoping to collect this Christmas season.

This announcement was made at the launch of the yearly kettle appeal in Kingstown last week.

The launch of the Annual Christmas Kettle Appeal which took place at the General Post Office Gallery in capital city Kingstown heard remarks from Chief Executive Officer of GECCU Mr. Lennox Bowman.

Bowman during his remarks said the appeal is dedicated to assisting and meeting the needs of the people of SVG, noting that the establishment offers priceless service to the nation.

Bowman contributed 15 hundred Dollars to the appeal, 500 dollars on behalf of his family and 1000 dollars from GECCU.
