The cruise industry here in SVG will get a significant boost with the inaugural visit of Costa Pacifica.
The ship which was launched in 2009 is the third Concordia-class Costa ship and will dock at port Kingstown on Monday 9th April 2018.
Costa is one of the main operating companies in the Carnival group, and a member of the exclusive “World’s Leading Cruise Lines Alliance” (WLCLA), which also includes Carnival, Cunard, Holland America, The Yachts of Seabourn, Princess, and Windstar.
The ship will dock here with 3470 passengers and a crew of 1100. Some 310 port calls are expected during the 2017/2018 cruise season.
Of the 310 port calls for this season, 9 of them are inaugural visits.
