The owner of Nice Radio Douglas DeFreitas and radio announcer Colin Graham are facing a lawsuit by SVG Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves.

The legal problems have arisen after a caller to the NDP new times program alleges that this country’s Prime Minister and his son Finance Minister Camilo Gonsalves, has Millions of US Dollars in a Swiss bank account.

During the exchange, Graham asks the caller whether or not he had proof of such, to which the caller replied: “you will know in time”.

“There is a document out in Canada, a paper that has been published with an account of several ministers of the Unity Labour party of SVG”.

Graham went on to ask the caller when was the document released and who was responsible for releasing it, the caller said he has no knowledge of who released the document, however, he believes it was part of the Panama Papers.

The Panama Papers are an unprecedented leak of 11.5m files from the database of the world’s fourth-biggest offshore law firm, Mossack Fonseca.

“ These are questions that need answers, this is an indictment, the document cannot lie, SVG is in a serious predicament, where the Gonsalves family is fattening their ass off the backs of Vincentians”.

“ If they want to sue Nice Radio, let them go ahead because the paper exists” the caller stated.

Prime Minister Gonsalves said he has instructed his lawyers to look into the matter immediately, Gonsalves said he has every intention to take legal action.
