Police made a series of arrests during an operation held at Richmond, where persons both Vincentians and Foreigners were all charged for possession of Controlled Drug Possession and Drug Trafficking, on 09.05.2018 between 02:55 p.m. to 3:10 p.m.
According to investigations, on 08.09.2018 at 03:20 p.m. at Richmond, Enrico Johnny, 28 years Labourer of Ottley Hall was charged for having in his possession a controlled drug to wit “2,859 grammes of cannabis” with intent to supply it to another.
Romelle Mitchell, 27-year-old labourer of Grenada was also charged with having in his possession a controlled drug to wit, “5,240 grammes of cannabis”, with intent to supply it to another.
Orande Telemaque, 25-year-old Labourer of Lowmans Hill was charged for having in his possession a controlled drug to wit, “60 grammes of cannabis” with intent to supply it to another.
Kimer Franklyn, 23-year-old Labourer of Ottley Hall for having in his possession a controlled drug to wit, “ 98 grammes of cannabis”, with intent to supply it to another.
Junior Deroche, 22 years old Fisherman of Union Island, Foul Mills, 21-year-old Fisherman of Canouan, Orande Telemaque, Romelle Mitchell, Enrico Johnny and Kimer Franklyn were jointly charged for having in their possession a controlled drug to wit, “58,112 grammes of cannabis” with intent to supply it to another.
Enrico Johnny, Orande Telemaque, Romell Mitchell, Kimer Franklyn, Foul Mills and Junior Deroche were jointly charged for agreeing with each other that a course of conduct shall be pursued, which if the agreement was carried out in accordance with their intent will necessarily amount to or involved the commission of the offence of drug trafficking.
Orande Telemaque, Romell Mitchell, Enrico Johnny, Kimer Franklyn, Foul Mills and Junior Deroche were jointly charged for attempting to export a controlled drug to wit, “58,112 grammes of cannabis.
Orande Telemaque, Romell Mitchell, Enrico Johnny, Kimer Franklyn, Fouls Mills and Junior Deroche was jointly charged for having in their possessions a controlled drug to wit “58,112 grammes of cannabis” for the purpose of drug trafficking.
