Police have arrested and charged Joland Butler, 36 years old Truck Driver of Colonarie for Criminal Assault, on 07th June 2018 at 09:29 a.m.
According to investigations, on 02nd May 2018 at 02:10 p.m. at Colonarie, Butler assaulted Coleen Thomas, 46 years old Shopkeeper of Colonarie to wit, “By pointing a cutlass in her face”, with intent to commit and offence to wit, “Bodily Harm”.
Butler appeared before the Colonarie Magistrate Court on 07th June 2018 and plead not guilty to the charges.
The matter was adjourned to the 21st June 2018 for hearing.
